CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: • We require 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. • Cancellations within 24 hours or same-day cancellations will incur a charge of 100% of the service fee, plus gratuity. Off-Season Policy: • If you request an appointment for just one client on a specific day, an additional fee will be applied. • If you are not flexible with your appointment date, an extra $50 fee will be added to your service. • If there are fewer than 3 clients booked for the day, an additional $20 fee will be applied to your service. ***Off-Season booking tip....be flexible with your days! Book when service providers will be in your area to avoid any additional fees. TRAVEL FEES: Montauk: $75 *If you are in Amagansett closer to town (Main St) there will be no Fee. If you are in Amagansett closer to Gurneys (within 2 miles) fee will apply Shelter Island: $40
